The Saturday series will consist of 6 race days with a racer's best 5 finishes counting, In the event of a tie a racers 6th finish will be used. In the event of a tie we will look to a racer's 8th and 9th finishes to break the tie. Our Wednesday night points series will consist of 9 race nights with a racer's best 7 finishes counting towards points. Because of special events on weekends, the Saturday series will have fewer dates and will not start until after the first of the year. There will be one points series for Wednesday nights and a separate points series for Saturdays. (sticky) Nov 3rd, 2016 (4:55 PM) INDOOR OFFROAD TRACK REBUILDįASTLANE RACEWAY WINTER OFFROAD POINTS SERIESīecause of the late start this year to our indoor season we will not be splitting the indoor season into fall and winter points series as we have done in the past. We will return to carpet onroad racing on Sunday, November 27th and follow our normal schedule from that point. We will also race carpet oval on Tuesday night, November 22nd. There will be no offroad racing on Saturday, November 19th. The track will then be closed except for activities related to the BRL Hyperdrive 375 carpet oval race on November 18,19 & 20. Instead of onroad racing we will race carpet oval on Tuesday, November 15th. The carpet track will be closed from November 9th through November 14th. We do plan to race offroad on Wednesday, November 9th assuming the rebuild is done. There will be no indoor offroad practice from that Sunday (November 6th) until Monday, November 14th. We will be rebuilding the indoor offroad track beginning Sunday, November 6th.
